We are pleased to work with Optima by Profile 22 as our preferred profile supplier, every detail has been engineered to perfection. It's stylist, modern and build to deliver outstanding thermal and weathering performance.

We have also implemented strategic local wall thickening for 35% better screw and hardware retention. Cavity Closure System
The Profile 22 Cavity Closer is a window and door former and a horizontal and vertical damp proof course. It is available in standard and check reveal options for building into reveals in new build timber frame, brick or block constructions. It gives a perfect fit and ensures building regulation compliance every time.
It meets the NHBC standards and offers the thermal and energy efficiency performance required for compliance with the Accredited Construction Details of Part L of the Building Regulations.
WERs & U-Values
Window Energy Ratings provide a benchmark for comparing the energy efficiency of different window systems.
You will find details of the typical WER of each of our products on the individual product pages. However, the rating will differ depending on a huge variety of factors including glazing, options, frames and inserts.
Many projects require accurate, verified WERs. You may also want to check the WER on a certain product configuration to ensure it meets the current building regulations requirements, which stipulate windows must have a minimum WER of ‘C’.

Pre-Start Meeting
Our surveyor will visit your site and do a pre-start meeting with the site manager, leaving all the RAMS and Insurances needed to comply with current legislation. Product call offs and procedures will be agreed to ensure the site runs smoothly.
10 day lead time
10 day lead time on cavity closer and windows, labelled with a plot number, house type and window location, making
it easy for the brick layers to select the right cavity closer.
Installation
Windows will arrive with the installation team on the day requested. They will be installed and checked for quality.
After Sales
Dedicated customer care team liaises with the site manager on a regular basis to ensure we keep up to date with product
requirements. Regular site visits will be made to assist with the build program.
